Felicity Fund Appeal July 2013

Felicity Fund

Please help us help animals like Grady

As many of you are aware, Spaymart’s “Felicity Fund” is specifically designed to aid indigent and homeless animals like Grady who simply have no other options.

We are desperately seeking donations to help, Grady, the gray kitty seen in the pictures above. While these pictures appear graphic, I can assure you he is definitely on the mend. He has been at the vet for about 4 days now and will require another 4 to 5 days of inpatient care but the vet has assured us he will make a full recovery.

It is believed he got caught inside some type of machinery or vehicle and perhaps was injured by a fan belt, but no one really knows how he was injured. His injury was left untreated and developed a severe infection. This precious creature is part of a maintained feral community at a local landscaping business. A concerned citizen brought this little guy to our attention and we could not turn our backs on him.

Won’t you please help us help animals that have no other hope

Donations can be made on our website at Felicity Fund or by mail to Spaymart, P. O. Box 6493, LA 70009. Please note in the memo portion of your check Felicity Fund. Our goal is to maintain money in the Felicity Fund account so when situations such as this arise, we will have the means to help. If we are lucky enough to raise more money than we actually need, any additional funds will be set aside and “earmarked” strictly to help other homeless animals in similar dire situations. Ideally, we need individuals who are willing to make monthly donations to the Felicity Fund so that we can continue to help animals in need.

Grady thanks you for your generosity. Because of you he can enjoy many more years of being a happy cat. Spaymart also thanks you for helping us help those who can’t help themselves. Without you, we simply can’t do what we do!
