I was rescued after Hurricane Gustav with my mom and my sister Prima and two brothers. We were all trapped from behind Mardi Gras World on the West Bank of New Orleans, and evacuated to the SpayMart shelter. There were lots of people and strange cats and kittens all waiting the storm out together. I was small but all the commotion made me nervous. I have grown very loving and trusting of people more each day. I’m very pretty and love to cuddle with you at night. It’s been a challenge for me to cross over and accept people over cats, but I’m very happy I was able to do that. I’m sure my life would have ended at Mardi Gras World and I have so much to offer.
