Programs

Spay/Neuter Assistance: Provides spay/neuter assitance to indegent pet owner, as well as caretakers of homeless animals. Program based on a voucher system.

Sanctuary Adoptions: /The organization is responsible for homing over 250 homeless felines annually (including the Kitten Foster Program). Each animal offered for adoption is sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for parasites.

Kitten Foster Project: Veterinary services including spay/neuter and adoption assistance as incentive for the public to foster homeless, unwanted kittens who would otherwise be relingquished to animal control or become feral; over 200 kittens homed and tamed annually by volunteers.

Feral Cat Program: The Organization has been operating the feral (undomesticated) cat program for over ten years, providing low cost/no cost spay and nueter services by participating veterinarian offices.

Felicity Charity Fund:
Provides life-saving medical treatment to animals of indigent pet owners, as well as care-takers of homeless and feral cats. Funded entirely by private donations, corporate sponsors and grants. Available only when funding permits.

Cat Helpline: Toll free helpline providing the public with feline education and services.
