If this handsome boy could talk he could tell you a story. His little sister, Serena, was trapped under the slab of a house. Entangled in yards and yards of bird netting. Because the organization was afraid Rastus could meet the same fate, he was trapped and removed from the area. He grew up at the shelter and we call him our talker. He talks if he’s hungry, he talks as if he’s lonely, he talks as if he wants to play, etc. He is almost comical and is always amusing the office cats as well as the volunteers. He’s always in the mood for a prank and has no trouble escaping when the situation calls for it.
