Sara’s owner loved cats all of her life. She fed all the neighborhood strays and kibble was always available. Most of the cats lived outside in a shed behind the house. Some of the cats lived inside. Sara was an inside cat, with 11 others. Life wasn’t so bad in the beginning, but as the owner aged she was often became ill, in and out of hospitals, with the cats receiving minimal care. As the situation continued to deteriorate, the woman’s children decided to put her in a nursing home. This decision left 20 cats homeless. A neighbor agreed to continue feeding those outside and SpayMart took Sara and her inside friends. She’s a beautiful little silver tabby, getting older now, but still has much to offer. It’s been too many years now for Sara without an owner.
