Shelby’s life was just fine in the beginning. She lived in a nice apartment with plenty of windows to view the world outside. His food bowl was always full and his owner seemed to be quite fond of him. So what happened? Because from one day to the next, he was abandoned and left homeless. He was in the dark most of the time and he had precious little food left. Things were going south fast, when a maintenance crew appeared and discovered his dilemma. The apartment owner contacted SpayMart and life suddenly got much better. Shelby is really cute and has called the shelter home for 4 years. But slim still remembers those bright window sills, sleeping peacefully with the sun on her back and longs for something more than shelter life.
