Review publicly available records relevant to my suitability as an adopter, including publicly available court records, animal cruelty or neglect records, and other public records related to animal welfare.
Review publicly available information concerning my history of animal ownership or involvement with animal rescue organizations when applicable.

I understand that any review of public records will be used solely to assist SpayMart in evaluating my application. Public records may be incomplete or inaccurate, and any findings will be reviewed by authorized SpayMart personnel before a final decision is made.
