Teresa Bodem Linebaugh

Teresa Bodem-Linebaugh brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, operations, strategic planning, and animal welfare to SpayMart. She has spent more than a decade with Best Friends Animal Society, where she has held senior leadership roles spanning corporate and foundation relations, comprehensive fundraising campaigns, operations, analytics, donor relations, and organizational effectiveness. Her work has included leading institutional giving efforts, helping design a $500 million comprehensive campaign, and overseeing teams responsible for development operations, gift processing, prospect research, analytics, and donor engagement. Teresa also has significant nonprofit board experience. She has served with the Monroe County Humane Association, the Arizona State University Museum of Fine Art, and the SNIP Foundation, where she has served as a director since 2013. Her broader nonprofit and community involvement has included work with Make-A-Wish and UNICEF, along with hands-on animal welfare activities such as dog walking, cat caregiving, and fundraising event coordination.
